The Abdicator Extraordinaire, also known as Ro’s brother John Stout, THOUGHT he was going to have to continue to strum the strings and serenade the masses for the rest of his life, until he stole THE Captain’s ship and absconded to the sunny Caribbean, and he made this album with that in mind. Instead, maybe he should have called Fifteen Years and Done! But maybe we can excuse him as we sell off his remaining stock of this album and rejoice in the fact that Ro is now carrying on in his tradition!
